A 2-hour Manual Lymphatic Drainage session is the most comprehensive lymphatic treatment offered at Full Circle Vitality. This extended appointment is designed for clients who may have multiple presenting concerns, need more time for a thorough full-body treatment or simply want the deepest level of lymphatic support and relaxation.

This session is rooted in traditional German Vodder-style Manual Lymphatic Drainage and allows additional time for Valerie’s integrative approach to lymphatic care. When appropriate, your treatment may also include chi therapy, therapeutic vibration, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and relevant acupressure point work, each selected with intention based on your needs that day.

While all Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions can be deeply calming, the 2-hour session offers the most spacious and profound restorative experience. This extended treatment allows the nervous system more time to settle, the body more time to soften and the lymphatic system more time to respond.
This 3 Hour combination session begins with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to gently encourage lymphatic movement, calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deeper therapeutic work. Once the lymphatic system has been supported, the session transitions into focused medical massage based on your presenting concerns.

This treatment allows time for both Valerie’s traditional German Vodder-style Manual Lymphatic Drainage approach and clinically informed massage therapy. When appropriate, MLD may be supported with chi therapy, therapeutic vibration, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and relevant acupressure point work. The medical massage portion may incorporate additional therapeutic techniques such as gua sha, ashiatsu, cupping and precision deep vibration using a powerful therapeutic percussion device.

This session is ideal for clients who need lymphatic support but also have areas of muscular tension, restriction, discomfort, postural strain or soft-tissue holding patterns that may benefit from more focused hands-on work.
A 60-minute medical massage session is best used for focused therapeutic work on one primary area of concern. While a full-body massage can be completed within this time, it requires a more structured routine and leaves limited room for detailed attention to specific issues.

For the most effective treatment, this session is recommended for clients who would like to focus on a particular area of tension, discomfort, restriction, postural strain or soft-tissue holding patterns. Valerie’s approach to medical massage is clinically informed and outcome-focused, with treatment tailored to your presenting concerns rather than general relaxation alone.

When appropriate, your session may incorporate additional therapeutic techniques such as gua sha, ashiatsu, cupping and precision deep vibration using a powerful therapeutic percussion device. Each technique is selected with intention to support soft-tissue release, improve mobility, reduce muscular guarding and help the body return to a more functional, comfortable state.
A 90-minute medical massage session allows for more thorough, clinically focused treatment when one area of concern is connected to a larger pattern in the body. Rather than approaching the session as a standard full-body massage, this appointment is designed for clients seeking targeted therapeutic work for pain, restriction, tension, postural strain, muscular guarding or soft-tissue holding patterns.

With more than 31 years of experience in the field, Valerie’s approach to medical massage is specific, intuitive and outcome-focused. Many clients seek this work when they have a persistent concern that has not fully resolved elsewhere, or when they need a more detailed session than a shorter appointment can provide.

A 2-hour medical massage session offers the most time for detailed, clinically focused therapeutic work. This extended appointment is designed for clients with more complex or long-standing concerns, multiple areas of restriction, or patterns of pain and tension that require a more thorough treatment approach.

Rather than a traditional full-body massage, this session is centered on clinical assessment, skilled hands-on work and thoughtful treatment progression. With more than 31 years of experience in the field, Valerie’s approach is specific, intuitive and outcome-focused, allowing time to address the primary area of concern while also considering the surrounding structures and larger patterns contributing to discomfort or limited mobility.

This session is ideal for clients who have persistent issues that have not fully resolved elsewhere, those with multiple presenting concerns, or those who need the most comprehensive medical massage treatment available at Full Circle Vitality.
